Breezy Basics: Covers the essentials — monthly transaction categorization, bank reconciliations, year-end financial reporting, and secure portal access. Perfect for solopreneurs or startups under $150K/year.

Smooth Sailing Pro: Includes everything in Breezy Basics, plus your annual business tax return and unlimited email support. Ideal for businesses that are growing and want peace of mind at tax time.

Coastal Elite: Our most comprehensive bookkeeping package. It includes everything in Smooth Sailing Pro plus quarterly strategic reviews, tax planning recommendations, and priority email support. Best for businesses approaching $500K+ and preparing for CPA-level advisory.

⚠️ Please note: Implementation of tax strategies (e.g., S-Corp setup, IRS filings, or entity changes) is not included in any Keystone Crest package. These services are available through our CPA firm, Katrina Carrington, PLLC.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

We require a 12-month commitment to ensure continuity and results, but upgrades or downgrades between packages can be made with a 30-day notice. We also offer quarterly reviews to ensure the plan still fits your needs.

What if I’m behind on my books?

No worries — we specialize in cleanup work. If you're behind, we'll get you caught up through a one-time onboarding or catch-up package (starting at $1,500) before we begin your monthly service.

Will I get to speak with someone if I have questions?

Absolutely. Every plan includes secure messaging support through your private client portal — so you can reach out anytime.

Smooth Sailing Pro and Coastal Elite clients receive scheduled check-ins throughout the year to keep things on track.

Coastal Elite clients also enjoy quarterly strategy calls with a member of our CPA team to review financial trends, answer tax questions, and discuss proactive next steps. We believe support should feel proactive — not transactional. You're never on your own here.

What accounting software do you use?

We primarily use QuickBooks Online and integrate it with your secure client portal. If you're not already set up, we'll help you get started.

Are tax returns included in every package?

Tax preparation is included in the Smooth Sailing Pro and Coastal Elite packages. If you're on Breezy Basics, we’ll still ensure your books are tax-ready, and you can add tax prep as needed for a separate fee.

Is this tax-deductible?

Yes! Monthly bookkeeping and advisory services are typically 100% tax-deductible as a business expense. We'll also ensure those deductions are properly captured in your books.

How do I get started?

Once you select your plan and complete the payment, you'll receive: A welcome email Access to your secure client portal An onboarding form A kickoff call (if included in your plan) We’ll take it from there!
